Amethi (Media Bureau) A woman, along with her three-year-old daughter, walked 900 kilometers on foot from Indore in Madhya Pradesh to Amethi in Uttar Pradesh. On receiving the news about this woman from her parliamentary constituency, MP and Union Minister Smriti Irani asked the district administration to take care of the facilities of the entire family. After which the administration conducted a health test of the mother and daughter and provided them with essential items like ration. The woman is quarantined home.
Actually Amtul Nisha, resident of Baroli village in Amethi, lived in Indore. During the lockdown, there were difficulties in staying in Indore, then she left for Amethi on foot with her three-year-old daughter. She reached home by covering a distance of nine hundred kilometers between Indore to Amethi. When the family came to know about Amethi MP and Union Minister Smriti Irani, they asked the district administration to provide all possible help to the family.
After which DM Arun Kumar directed the health department to conduct a health test of the woman and her daughter. The woman and her daughter were examined at Jagdishpur Community Health Center (CHC) in Amethi. After this, the administration provided home quarantine to the mother and daughter by providing ration kits, fruits, masks and sanitizers etc. Amethi District Magistrate Arun Kumar on Sunday gave information about the help of the woman and her daughter MP Smriti Irani in the directions.
