With all this in mind, Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh has decided to tighten the rules on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays. These days only e-pass holders will be allowed to come and go. E-passes can be downloaded through the Kova app. The Chief Minister issued new instructions through video conferencing to check the social spread of Corona virus and assess the status of Covid-19.
