Lockdown 4.0: What will open in Delhi and what will remain closed, CM Kejriwal announced

Delhi (Media Bureau) Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will announce on Monday what will be open and closed in Delhi during Lockdown 4.0. He said on Sunday that our government is making a detailed guideline in this regard. It will be prepared as per orders issued by the central government and will be announced on Monday. Arvind Kejriwal tweeted in this regard, writing, ‘The guidelines of the Center are in keeping with the Delhi government’s proposal sent on the basis of the suggestion of millions of Delhiites. We have used the time of lockdown so far to prepare our healthcare system. If there is an increase in corona cases then we have prepared for this. Now the time has come to relax some restrictions. The Chief Minister further wrote, “Our government will prepare a detailed plan for Delhi based on the guidelines of the Center and we will announce it on Monday.”

Lockdown 4.0 will be applicable till 31 May

Lockdown is in force in the country to prevent the spread of corona virus infection. Its third phase ended on Sunday. Meanwhile, Lockdown 4.0 was announced. The fourth phase of the lockdown will run until 31 May. In this regard, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) issued an order on Sunday evening. It said that lockdown in the country needs to be increased to prevent the spread of Kovid-19.

Restrictions on these things will continue in Lockdown 4.0

1. Restrictions on all domestic and international passenger flights, except domestic air ambulances, will continue until May 31.

2. Metro Rail services, schools and colleges will remain closed till 31 May.

3. Hotels, restaurants, cinema halls, malls, swimming pools, gyms will remain closed till 31 May.

4. All social, political, religious programs, prayer / religious places will remain closed till May 31 during the lockdown extension period.
