Little boy complains to Punjab cops about classes during lockdown. So they teach the tutor a lesson

Gurdaspur (Media Bureau) little boy from Punjab’s Gurdaspur district complained to the police about his teacher and parents after he was asked to attend tuition classes amid the nationwide coronavirus lockdown. The boy was heading to his tuition class from home and was stopped on the way by the police. Upon being questioned, he told the cops that he was asked to attend classes during the lockdown.

The boy along with the cops, thereafter, went to the tuition teacher’s residence as the police officials reprimanded the tutor for conducting classes amid the lockdown. A video of the incident was shared on Twitter by a user, Gautam Trivedi, and has gone viral on social media.

After arriving at his teacher’s residence with the cops, the boy knocked at the gate constantly. She opened the door after a while following which the cops schooled her.

“Who gave you the permission to take tuitions of other people’s children? First answer this,” the police official told the teacher. The boy, in the meantime, told the cops that three other kids also visit his teacher’s residence for tuitions.

“Because of coronavirus, we are not letting people visit each other’s houses and here, you are taking tuitions? Corona doesn’t affect you guys? Schools are shut. Colleges are shut. Why are you taking classes,” the cop asked the teacher in Punjabi.

“Kids were sent for tuition by parents so the kids reported against their parents and teachers to the police,” Gautam Trivedi said in the caption of his post.
