The latest case came from Khargone in Madhya Pradesh. It is learned that six people who went to a barber shop in Badgaon village in Khargone area to get their hair cut and shaved have been infected with the corona virus. There was a virus on the clothes that customers were covering during cutting and shaving, which spread to these people.
Samples of those who cut their beards from the barber were sent for testing on April 5. Of these, 17 reported negative, while six reported positive corona. The patients have been admitted to the hospital where they are being treated. The families of the patients have been home quarantined and the village is being sealed and sanitized. In Madhya Pradesh, 1846 people have so far been confirmed to be infected with the virus. Of these 92 have died so far.
