Jalandhar (Media Bureau) The Education Department has re-launched the online enrollment drive in government schools 20-21 online. The online admission process for children was started due to Kovid 19 and later it was stopped due to the summer vacation being started by the education department. Under this now the district education officers and school principals have also started preparations so that online admissions from 6th to 12th can be done as soon as possible.
In such cases, helpline numbers have been issued to the children and their parents in case of any problem.
DEO Secondary Harinderpal Singh and Deputy DEO Rajiv Joshi said that if anyone has any problem in online admission, he can contact on 9988267272 and 9815648929.
. Then the child can be enrolled in any school in the district whether it is English medium or Punjabi medium.
The corona virus has led to lockdown across the country and curfew in Punjab. Educational institutions are closed and students’ education is being affected. In such a situation, the education department is trying to start online education. Students will be taught online until schools reopen. The admission process has also been done online.
